Just placed 1st order today. Does anyone know how they are delivered? ie bags, boxes or crates. Do we need our own bags to transfer them to?
Thank you

Paper bags, with frozen in separate bag.

Rocky2022 · 10/07/2022 11:41

That is brilliant. Thank you. I wondered as we don't appear to be charged for bags unlike normal Supermarket deliveries.

They're delivered in very very strong brown paper bags which you unpack at your leisure. Mine also include ice sheets in the bags with cold stuff (milk etc) to keep everything cool.

Fantastic. Thank you both.

I’ve used it a few times in a pinch. Can be more expensive than going to Morrisons directly but extremely convenient.

NoseyNellie · 10/07/2022 13:18

In my experience they also ‘live pick’ and message you with substitutions as they go - it’s a pretty short window of opportunity to accept them so if you’re busy it’s probably not much use, but since I was bored at home with covid, I found it useful (and entertaining - yes, i was that bored)

Belledan1 · 10/07/2022 13:18

Yes I thought the bags were good and you didn't have to rush to unpack. Iceland seem to have new carrier bags that are like hammocks. Some stuff fell out.

Rocky2022 · 10/07/2022 13:36

@NoseyNellie We have COVID here too hence why we used them.

I've had really good experiences - fast delivery, well packed - until yesterday when they cancelled my order after it should have been delivered! So maybe don't 100% rely on it...

Rocky2022 · 10/07/2022 16:10

It came thank you. Very well packed. Far better than regular Morrisons.
