To wonder why I am so tired all the time

I have a 5 year old and 2 year old and I am so exhausted by the end of the day it is starting to affect my relationship. DH has hobbies etc and works away twice a month, he also works quite late so sometimes find it really difficult.

is anybody else just completely shattered? My DS is so hard work at the minute, tantrums etc.

I am shattered all the time too - have similar aged kids! It’s full on!
Both myself and hubby work away through the month and often have to work after kids are in bed, it’s non stop, so I feel your pain!

Get some iron and vitamin D but it sounds normal enough to me!

I have 4 kids - 3 teenagers and 1 tween. I hate to tell you but it only gets worse!

I would have a blood test to check your iron count, Vit D, thyroid etc. Might just be a hectic lifestyle but many women, even non vegetarians, can be anaemic. I was and it crept up slowly. I was knackered, getting UTI's and just felt run down. Get checked before self medicating with iron tablets.

Ask your GP for a ‘MOT’ with blood tests, and include vit D, iron, ferritin, vit b12 and thyroid levels. It can be normal to be tired when you have little ones, but it can easily be a deficiency and is easily rectified.
