Covid and a poorly child

I don't want to be too specific on who but someone has been living all week with a person who has tested positive for Covid. They haven't tested and are fairly blase about the risks so are intending to spend time close to a very young child who has been quite poorly for a long time.

AIBU or judgy to think they should stay the hell away from the poorly child, they may well have caught it from the person they live with, who is stil positive.

Surely with a sick child who has a lowered immune system you'd stay away and wouldn't take the risk? The parents know and are ok with it which I find bizarre.

AIBU to think WTF is wrong with some people?
