I'm on maternity leave and in a real funk. I'm busy with baby a lot obviously but when she sleeps I have lots of time when I could be doing things but I just don't. I sit mindlessly scrolling or watching tv. I want to start cooking more and get outside in my garden. But I just don't. And it's sad because I do feel like these things would help me feel better within myself - I'm a little stressed, lonely and out of sorts with the lack of routine.
Where do you get the motivation from to do things that you know would benefit you but always feels like too much effort?
