No data to back this up , just general observations from work and having dc that age.
Most people I know or see buying cigarettes are usually late 20s early 30s minimum. Younger than that and they tend to buy rolling tobacco which they don't use on its own, so not smoking traditional rolled cigarettes. I always thought vapes were an aid to giving up but increasingly I see youngsters who have never smoked take up vaping the rise in things like elf bars in flavours like cotton candy, pink lemonade and cola would seem to support the idea its definitely targeted at younger people. Just wondered what others think
