It's an adult entertainment platform where people can create their own profiles and content. You charge a monthly subscription fee and choose what people can see for that price, and then you can also charge extra for personal videos, pictures, etc. I know a woman who does extremely well on Only Fans, in her first month she made close to £10,000. I'd do it myself if I looked like her tbf 🤷‍♀️
