Can these glass markings come off?

Is there anyway to remove the Pattern on the glass

Engraving can’t be removed. If it’s a plastic covering, like privacy plastic covering
film, then possibly with gentle heat and patience. If glued on decals, then try heat to loosen the glue and possibly acetone to remove residue. I can’t tell what it is from the picture.
a local glazing fine might sell you ready cut to size suitable replacement glass.

It's an antique so I think it would be engraved ?

You're trying to get the gold bit off?

Go at an inconspicuous area with a green scourer and see what happens.

Does it feel like it’s cut into the glass or sitting on top of it?

I haven't bought it yet it's on eBay I don't want it with the markings though

Then message the seller and ask if it’s engraved or if it can be removed.

That's not an antique it's 60s at most
