I think that may be a rat poo.

Eugh! It has just appeared on a windowsill. No sign of rodents in the house (we have a dog who would bark at them!) - fairly new build with no holes in the walls/concrete floors.

Hmm, if it’s on a window sill I’d consider whether it’s actually a bird dropping that has dropped in off the window glass. Has the window been open.

Bird poo. I had rats for years, don't remember any poo having white in them.
