I can't cope

I've been awake since 4am with panic and anxiety, I feel my life is spiralling. I have no real life support. Partner is cold and uncaring. I don't know what to do. I'm supposed to be at work today. I'm so lost. Can anyone help?

It doesn’t matter if anyone else wants you or not. What matters is that you feel happy. No reason why you can’t be happy if you are single.

If you feel you can’t leave now, focus on finding things that make you happy that are nothing to do with your partner. Then use that peace and strength to make changes to your life.
