to think that dogs barking for hours is really not on

if you are a dog owner, would you allow yours to do this?

5 hours the dog down the road has been barking. It is really pissing me off

I WFH and there's a dog in the next block of flats that howls all day, everyday. It's a husky so I know they do tend to do this but it's relentless. Then there's another dog that is left outside in all weather, rain, snow, boiling hot. It used to just bark but it now cries and I find it so distressing. I can't work out where it's coming from and when I called the SSPCA they said they couldn't do anything if I didn't have a specific address.

Have the same with our neighbour. Dog appeared on Thursday. I'm hoping she's just dog sitting for a friend. Dog was barking for at least 2 hours this morning and then again this afternoon. Can't have our doors/windows open now as the sound just comes through the house. So invasive.

It is awful. We never used to have dogs round here, but since covid there are dogs big and small barking all day and all evening.

Fucking train your dogs not to bark, dont just kick them out into the garden 😡

Our neighbour leaves her dogs all day to go to work and they often howl and bark, sometimes for hours. She also fosters dogs so we get random dogs at random times howling away. I cannot understand why someone would foster dogs then leave them alone all day.
She work early on Saturday mornings so after a busy week we’re worked before 7am to the sound of howling and barking.

these days I think folk think dogs are their babies and must be treated as such. No they are dogs and you need to train them!
