I am on Lamotrigine 50mg twice a day and Mirtazapine 45mg.

I am so sick of feeling either numb or sad. There is no in between.

I have no sex drive at all, I'm not interested in seeing friends. I'm 29, I should be living.

I don't know what to do. I was on citalopram from age 16-23 then venlafaxine which didn't work and neither did sertraline.

I feel like I'm on a constant merry go round of feeling sad or having no emotion at all.

Has anyone been through this that could suggest anything to get my brain working properly again. I'm more forgetful than ever, lack concentration and I'm constantly tired.

Speak to your GP it could be the ones your on are not right for you and they may opt to change them. Don’t just stop though.

Yes, speak to your GP, they'll have ideas

Is the lamotrigine taken as a mood stabiliser?

Can you please google inattentive ADHD; I think some people with depression actually have inattentive ADHD and might need ADHD meds instead. Sorry you are sad.

Worth asking to switch back onto citalopram? I had to come off it as it randomly stopped working after a number of years - cycled through a few others semi successfully but after a couple of years I got a referral to hospital MH team and Psychiatrist there said it had been long enough a break to try going back to citalopram… and it worked 👍🏻
