Tomorrow is my probation meeting. As far as I'm aware it will only be my boss and myself. Currently there are two of us with the same role and responsibilities. In some ways I'm slightly more senior than her (but only because I'm more technical and speak more languages, - we work in a software company). She's better at creating processes and I'm better at pricing, solution design, and bigger project and stakeholder management. I aspire to become my boss one day, but I don't know if tomorrow is the way to mention it. I'd also like our responsibilities to be slightly different (closer to our skills) but again, with just two of us I'm concerned it could look like "favouritism".
