Toddler rash

Sorry if I've posted in the wrong section but I know I get a lot of replies in this section and I'm worried currently on hold to 111
My toddler came back from nursery with this rash over his groin and arms, any ideas of what it could be ?

Has she come into contact with an irritant. One of my kids had that rash, I want to say heat rash but I don’t think it was. I’ll check back and see cause I emailed the doctors

Looks like heat or sweat rash. Definitely something contact-related I think.

Have you got any childrens antihistamine? You can safely give that then call 111 for advice
