My crazy landlord is stalking me

So my landlord is a first class nut case see previous posts. He has stalked me and found my parents address and turned up there. I have tried ringing the council and the call handler at the police even recognised me from previous complaints about my landlord but how do I get my land lord to stop stalking and harassing me. He is claiming he has a guarantor signed document but my family member hasn’t signed one. He then said I signed it but I haven’t signed anything either and claims I gave it to his mother so I’ve had to pass her details on to the police. He is in quite a bit of debt and owes money to his mother on the house. It’s in a bad state of disrepair and I’ve now got used to nothing working. Even the cooker only has a hob working and no room for a microwave. The kitchen sink has no waste cover so spills water into the under sink cupboards. My electrics werent tested so I lived at the property for two months with electrics that had been tampered with and had failed inspection as the switch things that stop you being electrocuted when there’s like a power surge or faulty item, they were removed risking electric shock to both me and my children. I’m so tired of it all. He is nuts over the mail cause he has loads sent here for him and his wife and accused the last tenant of pinching it. I’m wondering if he has mental health problems because no sane person acts like him. Really want out of the tenancy but there are no houses in my area.see my previous posts as there is far too much to write about my bad landlord.

Report you landlord to the private rent section of the local council housing department. They will I spect, order the landlord to take necessary actions for safety such as the electrics and give him a time frame. If he doesn't do it within that time frame they'll do it and bill him, taking a charge on the house if he doesn't pay.

Don't keep your kids in a dangerous situation. You'd never forgot yourself if something happened to one of them.

As for the stalker - he is not allowed inside the property without your concent ' quiet enjoyment' so I'd refuse to answer door to him. Call the police for harassment if he continues to shop up unannounced.

Reported to the council but even they have washed there hands of him and told me to report to the police. I’ve spent the past two months phoning the council about him and feel no further forward. I’ve even reported to environmental health. Tried calling shelter today but it just kept dropping so I’ll try again tomorrow as there doesn’t seem to be a time where it isn’t busy but given the current situation I can understand why.

Have a read through these guides and start a paper trail on the maintenance issues - www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/home-and-property/tenant-rights

Cc in your local Environmental Health team too.

Do you know who your local councillors are/ who your local MP is? Email/ call them, they will be able to offer practical local support/ free advice. And can escalate on your behalf to the relevant council teams.

Every time he drops by without giving 24 hours notice, refuse him entry and call 101. You need a detailed trail of what is going on here.

I'd also start house-hunting, so that hopefully you can be released from your lease and find somewhere better for you and your family to live.
