Paid in excess of £500 less than 2 weeks ago for long hair extensions for dd. She's used all her savings and it's what she always dreamed of. However despite following all guidelines and only using the recommended products which cost another 75 the hair doesn't feel or look particularly great. It's been styled twice and always using protection and washed twice also. About 8 pieces have also come out. The exstensionist is highly recommended, qualified and experienced.
Dd is gutted she's used all her savings and feels this way. It's going to get checked to see why some bits have fallen out but it's not just that it's how it feels. It's like cheap hair when it wasn't. Is this normal?
