To think I should be able to get an idiot proof iron

Shameless abuse of AIBU as no replies to my post in housekeeping.

I'm a lazy person. I hate ironing. My 14 year old iron just broke.

I fancy one of those steamy ones that you can just waft towarss things to make them crease free.

Needs to be idiot proof designed for the lazy ironer. Eg not too much rearranging of the garment requuree during the proces etc (old fashioned ironing of shirts collars and cuffs erc just absolutely bloody kills me)

Best recommendendations please! :-)

Stop ironing.

I've got a morphy Richards steam generator iron. It's 5.6 (or 56?) pressure. I hang shirts or whatever on a hanger on the top of the door and steam them. They turn out ok. I bought very fussy DS1 a steamer which he loves and asked to be replaced for his birthday when it broke.

I very rarely iron properly now.

I got mine cheap somewhere. It was about £70 from memory instead of £150, so half price).
