To ask you all to help me find somewhere to camp?

We are extreme procrastinators so left it too late to book our summer holidays. We just bought a tent and trailer so hoping to camp for a week or so. Our initial plan was Chester so suggestions for affordable places with nature in or around Chester would be much appreciated. Also prepared to consider other areas/counties as leaving it so late means we have limited choice (Not Brown Sea Island as we've been there not long ago). We are looking at August, possible 3rd or 4th week. It would be me, DH, DS4 and DD20 months.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions

Pitchup is a good site to use. You can enter your dates and there are plenty of photos and reviews to check if a site meets your requirements.

The New forest has some lovely campsites .Holmsley is a very good site .We have friends who recommend it and have been several times .Not sure of avaliability in those dates though.

That's a beautiful place. There are time when I think why do Brits bother to holiday abroad. And I imagine Dalegarth on sunny days would make me think like that. Thanks
