Sick of filler not working properly

Have it in my nose, but it just never lasts.
I have had it a couple of times with so called reputable aestheticians to straighten my nose, and it looks very straight and smooth for the first couple of days, but then after that I'm still left with a slight bump. There is a little improvement, but certainly not as much as I'd have liked.
I had it done in April, it's supposed to last up to a year but after a month it already needed topping up.
I had the top up on Monday but the slight bump has already returned.
This has been the case with 3 different practitioners, and they weren't very cheap either.
Has anyone else had this issue with filler?

Since the very end of 2020 and now I have had nose filler around 5 times, i definitely no longer have my original nose, and cannot remember even what it looks like, but there's still a bit of a hump

Your skin and flesh are not designed to be 'filled'!
