To think someone should set up a new tv package for you?

Please tell me what I do with this? Just changed to talk talk today and the tv won’t do anything but show this? The ok button on Talk talk remote doesn’t shift it: ditto tv remote. No ok button on WiFi box or tv box. I am about to throw everything through the window. Please help!

Umm does the remote have batteries?

Have you tried pressing and holding it.

And even if the remote has batteries, take them out and put them back in to check the terminals aren't blocked with a piece of tape or something.
