I had my hair cut and coloured yesterday. It was really expensive. I was there for 4.5 hours. The cut is okay, the colour is awful. Would it be unreasonable to ask them to try and fix it. If anyone is a hairdresser, would you be offended and how would you like a customer went about this? I have problems with communication.

From similar threads on here it seems most hairdressers would like the chance to fix it. They don't want unhappy customers going elsewhere, or worse, bad mouthing them.
