My landlord is selling after 11 years, I am due to receive my section 20 beginning of August, From my understanding I will be given 2 months notice, Does anyone know if I am able to leave anytime within the 2 months, as long as I give the required notice, or will the last day of the 2nd month be my last day of tenancy? Also, If I have to stay the full 2 months, what would the consequences be if I didn't? Thanks😃
