My exh has becoming increasingly lax with paying maintenance for our 16D.
We also have a shared loan with 1 more year left which comes out of my bank but he's supposed to pay half of.
The past few months the money for the loan is always 2 weeks late, so I cover his half for two weeks and then maintenance for my daughter is always 2 weeks late.
At the moment I'm on half pay because I I'm off work on long term sick because D is unwell. So money is VERY tight.
What also annoys me is I have to text every month to remind him its due.
Why!?!??!?! Is it that hard to remember that you have a child that your responsible for!?
So now I have 0 in the bank, I don't get paid until Friday and once again, maintenance over a week late.
