Just want to know how it works, it's kind of confusing. My work will pay me 6 months full salary, so I will be taking the 6 months off. How do I then share my remaining months with dh, I work privately, dh is civil servant.
If dh wants to take 8 weeks of my shared leave, will he get paid in full from his company or not because I have taken the first 6 months in full pay?
His workplace is useless and those superior to him have little to no knowledge about it and have said they will get back to him. It's been more than a week.
