Hi
I have an interview tomorrow, and today I feel like shit and not really up for preparing. I didnt get much sleep and just feel crap. I'm signed off for work stress at the moment so have today and tomorrow off.
I've been preparing before today, and today going to try and get some stuff done and focus on my notes - it's a Teams interview and I've been told I can take notes. I've got a few things written and have prompts on bullet points.
Please just help me feel better about it all please? I was feeling confident yesterday but lack of sleep just makes me feel unproductive .
