This is driving me mad trying to remember who this woman is.
British comedian around in the 80s/90s
Mostly in sitcoms- possibly with Julie Walters or Vicar of Dibley- that genre
petite. Blonde I think . Possibly short hair.
v v squeaky/distinctive high pitched voice

any ideas?!
