I've had two wooden photo blocks printed from photobox with pictures of my daughters with their daddy for her Father's Day presents. 50% off but still extortionate. His arm has been chopped off in one of the pics without warning, and the colours are nowhere near as vibrant as they are on my phone (admittedly with iPhone vivid filter).
The photos don't look anywhere near as good as the ones I uploaded. It's as though they ignored/undid the filters and also did a lot of unwanted cropping.
AIBU to complain?
