I don't really have any other mums to talk to/ask this, but how normal is it for mum guilt to absolutely consume you (especially after they're asleep at night?)
I can have amazing days with them where I don't lose my patience at all and I'll still be absolutely consumed/anxious with mum guilt come the evening, never mind on the days where I'm not 100%. I sometimes feel like I'm absolutely failing them even when I haven't done anything wrong.
It's got to the point where I'm not sure if it's normal to feel like that every night? What is normal when it comes to mum guilt?
