To wonder what this is?

Sorry TMI! I’m 22 months postpartum and my period hasn’t yet returned (still breastfeeding). Last week I had what felt like period pains and then nothing came of it. Yesterday I had bright red blood after a bowel movement (not a huge amount but enough to be noticeable on tissue). Today it is like dark brown discharge coming from my bottom. I’m not in any pain. Could it be painless piles? Ps. I’m on hold to the GP but have got myself in a tizz so wondering if anyone has had similar.

had an examination at the doctors but they didn’t find anything wrong so I had to provide a stool sample, still waiting for the results. I feel chronically tired at the moment and can’t seem to get through the day without a nap. I feel hungry shortly after eating but also have slight nausea all the time. Stomach is always making growling noises and just feels ‘fragile’, hard to explain. Plus I feel like I have indigestion in my chest often and like I have trapped wind. Wondering if ibd or crohns, if anyone has/had similar symptoms please let me know!

Bumping this up again, still waiting for my stool sample and have only managed to get blood tests booked in next Friday. I’ve now noticed a cluster of random bruises on my forearm - I’m starting to get really worried it’s something serious 😩 does anyone have any experience with these symptoms?
