Travel rules for France

Posting here for traffic, also posted in travel forum.

Hi does anyone know what are the travel rules for people travelling from UK to France who have not had a booster jab but they second dose was over 9 months ago.

Are traveller without a booster considered unvaccinated? Do they need a ‘compelling reason’ to travel or can they travel for a holiday? Would an antigen suffice before travelling?

The advice is not clear on the government website.

Thanks in advance

You don't need a compelling reason but you will need a negative test. Antigen is fine.

Yeah, I think you're fine. You need to be fully vaccinated (incl booster) or be able to provide evidence you're negative. However, if you test positive where does that leave you? Wouldn't it be easier to get the booster?
