Adelphi theatre. Seat help?

the stalls are at the front but not tiered - is that right? Then there’s the dress circle and the upper circle. Is the dress circle tiered? Thinking of kids being able to see. The upper circle is further away but are they better seats? Thanks.

There’s a website which has a plan of all the major theatres and photographs people have taken from their seats, plus reviews. Can’t remember the name but should be easy enough to find.
