earlier today i went to the supermarket to pick up some bits and ended up buying DS a few jarred purées. (not familiar with these, i usually make all of his food myself, just decided to stock up on a few in case of emergency).
that being said, i don't know much about the ingredients used and all, so when i got home i went into reading the ingredients and found that the heinz egg custard has whole as well as skimmed milk.
i'm aware babies aren't allowed cows milk until the age of one, and wondering if i'm being unreasonable to think this is odd?? why're they promoting it as a 4m+.
Is milk in small amounts ok? am i just overreacting? i've seen that this puree is being sold across the uk, sainsburys, morrisons, lidl, etc. and it's advertised everywhere as 4m+
what would you do with this?? i'm not keen on giving LO this, but been told i'm exaggerating as it wouldn't be advertised for 4m+ if bad for them?
