Have NC'd for obvious reasons.
I've been put in charge of finding a family holiday somewhere warm, easily accessible by ferry or plane, not too rural (walkable restaurant/ shop) for 2 generations of adults (4 couples in total) for 10 days at the end of July and have realised this is going to be eye wateringly expensive. Camping is not really an option due to mobility of one person.
Various people will be arriving and leaving at different times due to their work or study commitments.
We live in SW England in a large 5 bed house, large garden, patio, tennis court, 15 mins from the coast- AIBU to hope someone who lives somewhere overseas (or maybe channel islands) and warm with 4 bedrooms might fancy swapping?
Has anyone done this at the last minute? PM me if you might be interested, or have any ideas. Thanks!
