I've been visiting someone with a lovely house today. Large but also really modern well designed kitchen and garden.

If you have one of these can you give me tips on how to achieve that large, clean, spacious on trend look?

I am about to embark on a kitchen extension, so have been researching this a lot. Storage and a good sized utility room really helps.
