Anyone been to Manchester airport T3 recently?

Going on Monday with Ryanair, just wondered how bad it was ...
Flight is 8:30am, planning to get there for 5am. No bags to check in

Yes, I was there on Sunday afternoon last week, also with no bags to check in. Had Fast Track which I added to my RyanAir ticket last minute as I'd heard the airport website were no longer selling it. Arrived exactly three hours in advance & got through security in 20 minutes, even the normal queues was moving quickly too and I would have easily made it without Fast Track!

The terminal is tiny with almost no shops or food outlets and there were so many people, as every one had arrived early, a huge queue for a drink in the bar bit on the middle. Costa was closed, no idea if it was open earlier in the day. Tip: Walk past the food area and turn right (we passed it on our way to gate 46) just after a doorway there's a tiny little bar selling booze, coffee & sandwiches, and it has no queue!

The flight going out ( Milan Bergamo) was delayed 2.5 hours and also coming back so if there will be any issues, it's more likely to be that rather than getting through security I reckon. I'd wear a mask too, I've picked up Covid and I swear it's from being round so any people in such a small place ( they really crammed everyone together at the gate) and I'm triple vaxxed too.

We had a 1pm flight, with checked baggage, from T3 last week and it was absolutely fine. Quite busy but every queue was moving quickly - we arrived 3 hours early and had plently of time spare. We'd got the fast track passes but would have been fine without them I think.

Two weeks ago at a similar time to you on a Sunday morning with hand luggage only and fast track.
Through security in 30 mins but T3 was extremely busy. Impossible to get into Costa with the queues. I picked up meal deals from Boots.

Passport control coming back was slow, about 40 mins.

I'd not go via Manchester with checked luggage any time soon!
