Frithing O2 and ticketmaster

I don't think I am bu but blatantly seeking hive mindset to see of anyone has any clues for me.
Bought tickets to see Queen at 02 from ticketmaster. Face value but ridiculous amount really. We had just had a refund of numerous smaller things that had been cancelled so went a bit bonkers.
Had a message from TM to say now can only use O2 app to gain entry. Download app. It auto generates a code. All fine BUT it doesn't show anywhere in the app where are seats are etc. All the images I have googled suggest that it should. Now of course trapped between TM saying not their problem and O2 app help being useless. Created a ticket with them for help on Sunday. They never responded and have helpfully just sent me a survey so presumably have closed said ticket without action.
So mumsnet friends, there must be someone who has bought tickets from TM and tried using the app. Please let me know if it shows the seat numbers etc in the app???

No idea, but giving you another bump!

I also have Queen tickets for Friday via Ticketmaster. My tickets don’t show up in either the O2 app or AXS app. Neither the O2, AXS or Ticketmaster will help, they just send copies of their standard FAQ answers to me, and there seems to be no way to speak to an actual person. The tickets are for my husband and his brother as I’m going to be out of the country on business from Thursday, so I’m getting really stressed about it all 🙁

These look like issues for the power of Twitter.

Sandflea9900 · 14/06/2022 18:36

Tried that, no success so far, just more pasted FAQ responses, probably from a bot

I went to the box office with the original email printed out and proof of ID ( driving license)

@Sandflea9900 I think you need to give your dh the email with the ticket info from TM and your ID, driving licence?

That’s what I’ve had to do. I don’t know if the box office will accept it though. Still no tickets with 36h to go 🙁

SpiderinaWingMirror · 16/06/2022 15:29

Hopefully it will. They just asked for the ID matching the booking info in the email ( I tool the one from Ticketmaster headed "Your in". And they printed them out.
What an utterly ridiculous stressful palaver though.
