We have tickets for Neil Rogers in two weeks. However while we have an email confirming the purchase, the purchase is NOT showing in our profile when we log into the Ticketmaster website. I cannot find an email or a phone number (we are in the UK) to contact anyone at Ticketmaster to ask.
Has anyone had the same issue? If so, how did you fix it? This is supposed to be a birthday gift so we really, REALLY want it to happen. Thank you.
