to panic because I cannot contact Ticketmaster?

We have tickets for Neil Rogers in two weeks. However while we have an email confirming the purchase, the purchase is NOT showing in our profile when we log into the Ticketmaster website. I cannot find an email or a phone number (we are in the UK) to contact anyone at Ticketmaster to ask.

Has anyone had the same issue? If so, how did you fix it? This is supposed to be a birthday gift so we really, REALLY want it to happen. Thank you.

I'm sure they have an online chat or an email address. You've got plenty of time to check it out with them.

Twitter.. they're usually quite good at responding on there.

I had to contact them recently and sent a DM on Twitter, they responded super quickly and sorted out a full refund for tix we had to return as the gig date had been moved (covid) and clashed with DCs exams.
Their customer service was excellent, even if you don't usually use Twitter I'd recommend getting an account just for this purpose. Good luck!

There is A contact us in your account is it maybe at the bottom of your email small print clicky link? Or In the drop down box. This happened to my Dd and she managed to sort it out.
