We have a third hearing for financial settlement coming up soon. Ex hasn’t engaged in the process at all. I don’t think he’ll turn up to next one either. What happens if he keeps failing to attend court?

i do have a solicitor but I would like real life examples.

If the 2 parties can't agree on a settlement then the judge decides . The judge will be fair, your ex probably won't do it won't really make a difference whether he's there or not

My friend's ex was like this. Obstructive and disengaged. She got awarded shitloads by the judge. Half his pension and all the house. Judge said it was the price he had to pay for being so difficult.
