To feel despair that wages seem to be going down if anything while everything else is going up

Job hunting and I can't believe what employers want for some jobs for £9 or £10 an hour and that's in London. If anything wages seem to be keeping going down. It just seems like an impossible situation. Wages need to start going up surely?

They want blood, y they want you to work 20hours a day, work through lunch, start early and stay late.. they will always get workers…. I’d find a job any job and they look for what I want to do. Always better to be able to pay bills than not
