Every year my company, which is part of a huge global business, gets us to fill in a people survey. It's meant to be anonymous but I'm not sure if this is the case. I wrote lots of positives about the company but I did flag that I thought my wage was very low compared to how much work and effort I put in. They gave everyone a 'payrise' a couple of months ago, which after tax equates to around £40 a month. I pointed out that whilst I really appreciated this, it didn't actually work out to be that much and it would be great if the company would offer more money. I'm now worried I was a little too honest. Am I overthinking this?
