Just a bit of fun .
AIBU to think that after a long walk and several snacks my dog should not look so disappointed at being in the pub !😂

I feel soory for the cats in cat cafes; bet they'd rather be in the pub!

My sons dog isn't fussed about the pub but I work across the road from his fave place in the whole wide world
A pet shop
He goes in,they know his name, gets so many fusses and belly rubs then the treats, more fusses and belly rubs-my son will get him an doggy ice cream and it goes down with loads more belly rubs
Lots of lovely smells, treats he can help himself to and he loves to have a 5 minute kip on their beds while we shop
We have to tear him away from there when we leave
I live 136 miles away from my son so it is a real treat for the dog-they once came to meet me from work and he almost tore my sons arm off in an attempt to get over there

Some dogs seem to look disappointed even when you think they are happy.

Nothing nicer than an old country pub with a big friendly dog in it.

My daughter, deciding on choosing a new dog, said 'I want a dog that smiles'. She returned with a dog that looks as if he is in perpetual mourning. Fortunately, it's just the way his face is made, he's been a happy boy for the last 10 years but still looks sad.
