To re think PMT?

When I have PMT I definitely hold more anger than usual. I think that's pretty common.

I think we should be using this more as I feel like women tend to me more passive than men. Maybe we should consciously use that time to confront things and/or make changes in our life.

Like...confronting the issues in my relationship.
Saying my mind when MIL is rude.
Standing up to my boss.

Basically any situation that has the risk of being passive.

Maybe this is the reason for PMT to help women be assertive/ get things out so that they don't build up for longer than a month.

I do agree but I feel I don’t know how to. As in-I’m very caught up in the emotion and struggle to articulate myself. I feel like I could just cry.

I like to think PMT was designed for that very reason.

This is basically peri-menopause. One neverending PMT session where you go round telling everyone to get fucked.

The trouble is that your DH/DP asks if you’re due on, and that makes you worse.
