Massage short changed

I booked a half hour treatment a massage however she was running late. I was taken to the room 10 minutes late, then I had to get undressed etc and waited a few minutesfor therapist to come back into the room. I reckon at most I had about 20 mins massage ...I checked my watch when she left the room. Why should I do it was good but I feel short changed! I feel she rushed me then I was getting dressed and she came back in the room before I was totally dressed like she wanted to get rid of me to catch up time. I’d paid in advance or I’d have said something when it came to pay...just felt rushed and I was short changed ...I reckon I’d a 20 minute massage not 30 mins ...

Sounds poor but you’re not certain and you didn’t say anything at the time, do you think you would get a partial refund now?

I'd be really disappointed with only a 20 minute massage and to feel rushed.

I can understand thought that it's difficult to raise it at the time.

I think if it was me I'd send an email saying that on reflection it didn't seem very fair or a good service to start late but to finish on time and that you feel that the price you paid should have been reduced accordingly.

No need to be stroppy but to simply point out the facts and that you feel you didn't get what you paid for.

I said it once with a facial when I’d upgraded to the more expensive one which was supposed to be 75 mins and they stopped at less than an hour. Tbh, it made me feel awkward after I’d said it and I didn’t enjoy the last bit which was unfair as it wasn’t my fault they stopped early. Wish I’d just asked for a pro rata refund 😆

Same thing happened to me a few years ago. I got 15 minutes of a 30 minute head massage. I could tell she was in some bad mood too, as there was such an atmosphere.
