Today I booked accommodation for an event in another state, only to realise they’ve charged me twice. I’d already been over the fine print with a fine tooth comb, including every term and condition provided throughout the booking process, and yet they’ve still scammed me. After several phone calls, plenty of blatant lies from multiple operators, and much pulling my hair out, things will hopefully be rectified by tomorrow (we shall see 🙄). WIBU to ask for similar stories? If I haven’t been refunded by Monday, I won’t actually be able to afford my flight home! Please distract me a little and help me believe I can laugh about all this later! 🤦🏻♀️
