To cook chicken Kiev from frozen ?

I bought a Chicken Kiev from Ocado, put into the freezer as it only had a couple of days on the date. Forgot to get them out of the freezer this morning. At work now, could I still cook them but at a higher temp and for longer?

Bit Lower temperature for a bit longer I think. Give the heat time to get through. It'll be fine. Just cut open and make sure piping hot all way through.

If it’s the Moy park ones, they have instructions from frozen inside the packaging (reverse of label) it’s something like 32 to 35 mins at 200 degrees (180 degrees fan oven). I’ve done it many a time, it’s a standby for the end of the week here! Just check they’re cooked through, they come out fine.

They're normally cook from frozen, aren't they? You'll need a slightly lower temperature for a bit longer. Fan 180 for half an hour or something.
