I am escaping dv and he is currently in prison but due out soon. My HA agreed to an Exceptional Needs managed move but in the meantime I have found a swap. Trouble is I had a notice to seek possession months ago(this ties into the abuse rent was not being paid but i was told it was)
Will the notice stop the swap or will the exceptional circumstances navigate it?
It seems silly that I'm forced to stay in an unsafe address?
I have emailed but they wont respond till tomorrow and I'm getting nicely wound up about it
