Bacon Lardon out of date 13th May?

I'm in the middle of cooking a lasagne and no pork mince but I've decided to use some bacon lardons that are in the fridge as a substitute.

They went out of date on the 13th May. The plastic top was a bit inflated but they smell fine and aren't slimy. I'm okay to use them, aren't I, without poisoning both DP and I?
