CDER BAILIFFS

I've just received a picture message from someone living at an address I moved out of over 5 years ago. It's a letter from CDER enforcement agency asking for confirmation of residency.

I clearly owe some money for something but I have absolutely not a clue what it could be for! I always pay bills and fines so it must be from something a long time ago. I have no expendable income at the moment as I've just moved and am really panicking.

The phone lines are obviously closed now so I've just tried to "make a payment" online to see how much I owe but only my customer reference is on the letter. It's asking for the client reference. I've had a look online and it seems it's most likely from either a parking fine or dart charge.

Does anyone know the client reference number for dart charge just so I can try and check how much I owe?

Has anyone had experience of dealing with this company as all I've read are really bad reviews (kind of expected of an enforcement company!) Confused
