I've noticed that some of you have mentioned it's a person which in itself means it's a good capture.

So you're at some haunted place, take some random photos and there's a blurred figure of someone there? Pull the other one. 😁

And you need to get a new mobile phone. That photo quality is bloody awful.

Can you right click on the photo OP and take a photo of the info, which is the F-stop and exposure time. Post that as a photo.

Then I'll tell you what it is.

I found it but it says no date I think it's because it isn't the original

It was taken a long time ago and I didn't know where it was but my friend found it on their computer and we put it onto there to enhance it

Basically originally when I captured it on my phone it was worse quality than this but its been enhanced on the computer

So you can’t prove you took it or any of the details and it has been faffed about with on a photo editor. And it’s lost all the digital data?
