Just that really. I have had a tough day and I can't off load at home due to the work setting. I can't go into specifics. I have previously struggled with in work stress and would like to develop healthier ways to manage it, previously I have bottled it up/burnt out. Its a new job and I dont have any work friends I could confide in. Some colleagues seem nice, some seem a bit stand offish. This doesnt help either because I am a people pleaser, so if I sense someone dislikes me it adds to any stress I am having. The role I am in is a bit isolating as well, so I dont get many opportunities to get support in the day.
What works for you to switch off? I wish I could just shrug things off, but I have never been able to!
