Coffee before bed

Ok, lighthearted but I’m suddenly curious.

since my teens (50 now) I’ve had coffee all day up until bedtime, often just before sleep to chill…
recently I got to talking with friends and several wondered if I have ADHD because caffeine isn’t meant to relax you…

I always assumed the “I can’t drink coffee after such and such time or I can’t sleep” were hugely exaggerated and a bit silly but maybe I’m the weird one…?

I guess I’m wondering if this is your reality as well rather than wether I should or shouldn’t have coffee before bed. 😉

I've had coffee before bed all my life. Even as a toddler.

Drinking coffee right now.
I drink it all day every day (ground at work, instant at home).
😊 I've only ever had a couple of coffees that have made me feel genuinly buzzy in my life. DH on the otherhand gets buzzed from a small latte.

I'm the same. Food sometimes keeps me up because I get heartburn, but caffeine doesn't.

Actually that reminds me, when I was about 20 I remember taking speed with a friend, she said I fell asleep almost immediately and she spent the night just looking at me Grin. Ah youth!
